What Cool Route is

Cool Route is one app for the office and the truck: dispatch, routing, job notes, estimates, invoices, van stock, and per-seat billing. Each company only sees its own customers and jobs.

If you are looking at a Demo HVAC Co company, that is sample data used for product demos — not a public login. Do not share demo passwords in this guide or with customers.
