You and the office use the same Cool Route app at app.coolroute.app. On a phone, install it as a PWA so it feels like a native app.

Bottom tabs

• Today — your home
• Jobs — your list
• Schedule — your day/week
• Stock — van inventory (hidden if the shop turned inventory off)
• More — customers, estimates, account

Owners see extra items under More (invoices, team, billing). You will not.

Before you leave the shop

1. Log in on Wi-Fi.
2. Open Today and Schedule so the app can cache them.
3. Confirm you can open tomorrow’s first job while still online.

During the day

1. Open the job from Today or Schedule.
2. Navigate with Maps (needs network).
3. Set status In progress.
4. Add notes and photos.
5. Log parts (or confirm none).
6. Write an on-site estimate when you are quoting.
7. Mark Completed when the work is done.

Basement or rural signal: read Offline & PWA. Status, notes, photos, estimates, and parts can queue. Maps, new address lookup, and billing cannot.

If the shop has not paid

You will see Account suspended instead of jobs. That is a company billing issue — ping the owner. You cannot fix it from the truck.
