Everyone with a login is a billing seat.
Invite and revoke
Section titled “Invite and revoke”See Invite your team. Invites expire in 7 days. Revoke unused links from the pending list.
Deactivate vs delete
Section titled “Deactivate vs delete”Deactivating a technician:
- Blocks their login (“account is inactive”)
- Removes the $49/month seat on the next subscription update
- Keeps their job history on the company
Reactivating restores login and adds the seat back (you will be billed for them again). Confirm with the person before you flip this.
TODO: document assigned-vehicle on the tech profile once that form is the documented source of truth for van stock.
The Team page also holds the company depot used for routing. That is shop setup, not a person.
