Open Schedule or Today.
As a technician you only see your appointments. You cannot reassign the whole company’s board. If a job is missing, it is probably assigned to someone else or still unscheduled in the office.
Day vs week
Section titled “Day vs week”Use day when you are rolling. Use week to see what is coming. The office may still move times; pull to refresh when you have signal.
Job cards can open Google Maps for the service address. That is a network (and Maps app) feature. Save the address from the job notes if you know you will lose signal before you roll.
Today’s route
Section titled “Today’s route”If the office optimized your day, they may send you a Maps directions link from Today’s route. Follow it when you have data. If a callback or parts run blows up the order, call the shop — do not assume the app will silently re-optimize while you are offline.
